Farmer Zoran Paparic’s goat Sarka gave birth to the baby at his farm in Kutjevo along with two healthy baby goats.
Local veterinarians believe the extra legs are actually a pair of underdeveloped twins.
“I counted his feet and I thought I was seeing things. Then I called my neighbors to make sure I wasn’t crazy,” he said.
Mr. Paparic told veterinarians in InSerbia that it was unlikely to survive, but if it lived longer than a week it could live up to three years.
“Everything is double with him. Sarka, whom I have had for three years, gave birth to a miracle of nature. This is her fourth and she always has triplets.”
“He is trying to stand on his feet but lacks strength.”
Mr. Paparic said he wanted to keep the child as a pet if he survived.
