The birth of a monstrous calf with up to 5 mouths has attracted the curiosity of curious people living in the city of Narnaul, Northern India in recent days. In today’s environment of environmental pollution,
mutations in animals are no longer new, but the world has never recorded a
cow with so many mouths.
The five-mouthed calf is named Nandi.
People come to the farm to see this calf not only because of its strange appearance but also because it is also worshiped by them as the incarnation of the god Krishna. That’s why the calf was named Nandi. This is another name for god Krishna in Hindu culture.
Having up to 5 mouths also means that Nandi the calf has a total of 10 lips including top and bottom. While all of its lips can open and close, only 2 out of its 5 mouths can drink milk from the mother cow.
