And in 2015, the world discovered another “dragon”. That is the ruby sea dragon fish (scientific name is Phyllopteryx dewysea – a relative of seahorses. They have a body length of about 24cm, can live at a depth of at least 50m, and were created by Josefin Stiller of the Scripps Institute, California (USA) found out.

It is known that the footage was recorded at Recherche Archipelago – the sea in Western Australia. Although the film is not sharp enough to highlight the colors of the ruby sea dragon, it also reveals some other valuable information.
