Ms. Mai Thai Hien, tour guide of Dong Tam Snake Farm, said that red-tailed vipers are the obsession of Mekong Delta people. Every year, hundreds of people are bitten by this snake. “Red-tailed green snakes often live on trees. The red-tailed green snake’s head is large, triangular in shape. The red-tailed green snake has a maximum weight of only about 300g and a maximum length of less than 1m. This snake has extremely poisonous venom, causing death if first aid is not promptly taken.
